I suspect this sense&nbsp;<strong>requires<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8220;of mind&#8221; or similar, and that it&#8217;s actually just the &#8220;A state of tranquility, quiet, and harmony&#8221; sense. That latter seems very different from the &#8220;A state free of war&#8221; sense: people speak of as nation at peace even if there&#8217;s little tranquility in the country. (We should provide a gloss for&nbsp;<em>state<\/em>&nbsp;there: it&#8217;s a status, not a country.) I&#8217;m not sure what our current sense 3 (&#8220;Harmony in personal relations&#8221; means, or whether it&#8217;s different from the &#8220;A state free of war&#8221; sense \u2014 or, if so, whether it exists.
